Our team of receptionists...

We have experienced receptionists on duty to take your calls and help you see a veterinary consultant quickly.

Our medical staff all are fully qualified and have a high level of expertise in caring for domestic species, with over 30 years experience of small-animal nursing between them.

Reception is run by a strong and experienced team. As a first point of contact they are able to offer advice on when an appointment with a vet is needed, as well as being able to answer many day-to-day questions regarding routine healthcare.
