Good administration means our medical staff can dedicate their time at work to your pet.
All medical staff are fully qualified and have a high level of expertise in caring for domestic species, with over 30 years experience of small-animal nursing between them.
Reception is run by a strong and experienced team. As a first point of contact they are able to offer advice on when an appointment with a vet is needed, as well as being able to answer many day to day questions regarding routine healthcare.
Sarah Gough has worked at the practice since 2002. Starting first as a receptionist and working her way up to be our Practice manager. Before joining us, she has worked extensively with horses, at home and abroad.
Sarah lives with her husband, two children and rescue dog George, who often comes to work with her. Sarah deals with the day to day running of the practice and is the one to contact with any queries, complaints or suggestions.
